Terms and Conditions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items sold. The items that we sell are used therefore the following stipulations apply:

1. The product is sold “AS IS”, meaning in its current condition with all faults. The seller provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding its condition, quality, or fitness for any purpose.

2. NO WARRANTIES: All warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed by the seller.

3. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS: All sales are final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

4. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSPECTION: The buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the product and is relying on their own judgment, not on any information from the seller.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The buyer assumes all risks associated with the product after purchase. The seller is not liable for any future issues.
